Wonde School FAQs for Guardian Insight Emails

1. Do I need to make any changes to my Wonde settings?

1. If the email you’ve received lists the scopes, yes (follow email instructions)

2. If you have NOT received the scopes, then no; you’ve already approved them

2. How can I enable the new Wonde scopes?

1. Log in to school.wonde.com

2. Click on ‘CENTURY Tech’ in ‘Applications’

3. Approve the below listed permissions

   1. Contacts read [essential]:

      • Contacts title read

      • Contacts surname read

      • Contacts forename read

      • Contacts parental responsibility read

      • Contacts priority read

      • Contacts relationship read

   2. Contacts details read [essential]:

      • Contacts email read

      • Contacts salutation

4. Click the green ‘ ✔️ Update permissions’ button

3. Can we trial this with a few guardians only?

1. At the moment, all onboarded guardians with active (enabled) dependents will receive insights. However, if you have NOT yet onboarded guardians and would like to trial this out with a small group, please let us know so we can try to arrange a batch onboarding system temporarily
